Sandals: Free Weddings in Jamaica
Celebrate with up to 50 people with a complimentary upgraded Sweetheart wedding package, including Jamaica marriage license and administrative fees.
Stay five nights or more in a Club or Butler category at Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Caribbean Cay, or Sandals South Coast.
Book by December 31, 2026. Travel January 2–December 20, 2027.
Eligible new legal weddings: Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. Vow renewals excluded. Accommodations, airfare, optional upgrades, and Union & Odyssey planning fees are separate. Subject to availability and supplier terms.
Palace Resorts: Wedding Credits
Earn $20 USD in wedding credit for every paid room, per night within your contracted wedding room block. Apply your credit toward eligible Palace Productions services, including flowers, décor, cake, photography, videography, and entertainment.
Available to new wedding groups with a signed group contract and at least 10 paid rooms at participating Palace Resorts. Le Blanc Spa Resorts are excluded.
Book by October 31, 2026. Eligible stays through December 23, 2027.
Minimum stays, blackout dates, and supplier terms apply. Credit is calculated 30 days before arrival and may be adjusted for cancellations. No cash value; unused credit is forfeited. Union & Odyssey planning fees are separate.

Your Questions, Answered
Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely. During an initial consultation, we discuss your comfort range and design proposals that maximize value without compromising quality.
Do you charge planning fees?
Yes. Planning fees cover travel management and coordination with the in-destination wedding team. They are separate from the travel costs charged by suppliers. Fees are outlined before planning begins.
Do we need to choose a destination first?
No. Bring your ideas, preferred dates, and priorities. We can help you explore destinations and resorts that fit your vision.
Are agency fees refundable?
Agency fees are nonrefundable. Exceptions for unavoidable, life-changing circumstances may be considered case by case.
Is travel insurance required?
No. Insurance is optional and opt-in. Declining coverage requires an insurance and liability waiver.
Who handles our travel documents?
Union & Odyssey handles travel documents and delivers them to the appropriate party before travel.
What if we change our plans?
We manage all travel-related changes. Your first date change is included in the initial planning fee. A first destination or resort change costs $250–$500, depending on party size. After the first change of any type, every subsequent change request—including a second date change—requires the full planning fee again, without an additional $250–$500 fee. This covers the work of updating your party’s travel arrangements.
When are pricing and availability secured?
Pricing and availability cannot be guaranteed until supplier deposit and/or contract requirements for securing the requested accommodations and/or services are met.
